Over this beautiful day retreat you will journey alongside other beings who are with you on a quest to rewild their powerful eros and align with the ancient magic encoded within their sacred inner landscapes - re-invigorating with the spark of passion that lies dormant within.

This moment in time offers us the opportunity to root into the seasonal shift of Springtime and honour the tender blossoming of something new arising from the holy soil, and from within our hearts. 

This day retreat opens arms to a supportive circle of magical women and womb folk to uncover their ancient magic and unwind in the arms of an ancient, English forest. Our practices will be nourishing and enlivening - celebrating the seasonal shifts through the community, ecstatic embodiment, healing sounds, vocal liberation, wisdom rituals, ceremony, erotic magic and sacred song.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Throughout the day you will be invited to experience a number of practices, rituals and initiations for you to connect and weave with your wild, erotic energy, through the reclamation of your sacred voice, body and heart. 

Opening Circle & Rose Altar Weaving

We open our day together with the potent and magical weaving of threads. Sharing honest words, songs and making offerings to the sacred circle we will invite the sacred to enter through our hearts. 

Rose is a magical, ancient and cosmic planet medicine encoding the path of the priestess and the divine spark of life. With five petals, Her cosmic imagery has been observed by ancient Goddess cultures for many thousands of years, connecting Her to Venus (Goddess of Love and Sexuality), Mary Magdelene (Priestess of the Rose Lineage), Isis (Mother Goddess of Devotion) and the Dragon Lines. The highest frequency flower essence, Rose medicine opens the portals of womb-heart-throat to the alchemy and transformation, allowing us to speak with the language of a pure and unconditional love. We will open our space by communing with the purest essence of Rose - opening the heart and clearing the path for magic to unfold.*

*please bring a sacred offering for the altar. This can be as simple as a single flower, crystal, feather, talisman, stone, drop of blood or lock of hair. 

Ecstatic Somatic Activation 

Meet the essence of your fleshy animal body.

Ground into your body with guided nervous system re-calibration practices and awaken your voice with sounds that slowly encourage opening. 

As we land together, you are encouraged to breathe, shake, move, sound into embodied presence, tuning in with that which is truly alive; activating your soma (body) intelligence. Reveal the essence of what it is to move from raw feminine imminence :: uncover what is underneath the skin's surface, discover more of your unfiltered self and arrive here more fully - in whatever way that arises for you on the day.

The voice can heal.

Accessing our own innate raw sounding through a series of activations of the primal voice. Using voice as a way of expression, communication, creativity.

Your blue print, your feminine, your animal, a rhythmic experience in finding your true tone.

Melissae Humming Bee Vocal Meditation

The Melissae were the bee priestesses of ancient Greece and the guardians of nature's sweet symphony, embodying a deep connection to the Earth and to the sweet nectar of the divine life force energy. Activating the voice through the support of the Melissae's teachings, the sacred hum, can look like alchemising our pain and heartbreak into the sweetest of honey. Together we will weave a tapestry of melodic sounds unified as one living presence, the beehive, to sing ourselves into Springtime. 

Command & Worship Partner Play

Imagine the profound significance your voice has when it can harness a deep sense of inner command, cultivating clarity, resonance, and authority in every word you speak. Imagine the purest sense of surrender as you gracefully accept and allow yourself to be in awe of this, discovering how it feels to fully embrace your YES and your NO. Through play, voice, ritual and movement we can explore ways to call in both our internal and external voice of command, while elegantly expressing Devotion to ourselves, others and the Earth. 

Rewilding Eros Forest Ritual

There is a gift that arises when we cultivate a connection with our body, voice and being. It is both simple and profound and allows us to move into right relationship with life. We take our ritual into nature so that we remember ourselves as nature too. 

Breathing and being as one. In reverence we will come to our knees; listening. Asking to immerse and delight in the bounty of the forest with prayer, play & pleasure. With curiosity and erotic innocence, your senses are activated as you frolic among the more-than-human kin.

Soulful Sound & Voice Bath

To close our day together you'll be guided to land in a cocoon of gentle and restorative sounds. Guided by the pure tones of the alchemical crystal bowls along with angelic layered vocal harmonies, drums, drones, chimes and other healing sounds you will be invited to deepen into rest and be held sweetly in the arms of the Earth. 

Fire Songs & Hot Cocoa

As the daylight wanes and the dark of night begins to fall, we gather around the warmth of the fire to share songs, stories and words. Hot cocoa will be served.*

* If you wish to stay for fire songs, please bring along a song or a poem as an offering to share with the group.

THINGS TO NOTE/FAQs:

1. There is very little phone reception at the venue. We encourage you to take the opportunity to disconnect from the outside world, and to fully immerse yourself in nature. Prepare the people you love prior to attending by letting them know where you will be. We have a connected phone/wifi spot for emergencies.
2. Some activities may be offered OUTSIDE in the woodland or around the firepit, which is uncovered. We are encouraging our community to let go and immerse themselves back into the arms of the land - however please take into consideration UK weather and prepare for cooler temperatures/rainfall/being outside. Some activities may be cancelled or rearranged if necessary.
3. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the venue. However if you are struggling please let us know as we will arrange a whatsapp group for lift shares etc.
4. While this work may have therapeutic benefits, this is not supposed to be offered instead of, or as a replacement to, therapy. If you are seeking therapy then we encourage you to seek 1-1 support from a qualified psychotherapist. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges please contact us in advance so that we can have a conversation about whether this retreat is right for you at this time.

THE VENUE - EarthHeart Sanctuary

The EarthHeart project is situated in the heart of the ancient 200,000 acre Forest of Dean, near the Wye Valley on the Welsh border and 50 minutes north of Bristol city. It is surrounded entirely by forest and accessed along a 1 mile forestry track. 

The place itself is stunningly beautiful. Off the main road and about a mile along a forestry commission track with a house and buildings and a small spring fed lake at one end. It’s surrounded 360 degrees by forest. The house was originally part of an old mining dwelling with lots added over a few hundred years. It is now a 7-bedroom house that has been made into a beautiful space for people to come and stay, play, share and connect.

It’s a place where I can be vulnerable, open and real. With no judgement, I’m accepted as I am – in my entirety. It’s a place to expand, to share, to nurture, to learn and to grow. The forest temple that we will be flowing within is a dedicated purpose build space for the evolution of human consciousness and the mending of our natural world. It was built in ceremony and created and designed through shamanic journeying and womb divination. It is aligned to the four directions and energetically works with the Celtic wheel of life. It also has a ‘Taurus’ in the middle of the space that continually clears energies. The space is powerful and transformational.

FOOD

A delicious, grounding feast of seasonal, vegetarian food will be provided at the end of the day. 

Nourishing bowls of spring salads, warming soup and local bread & butter will be offered towards the end of the day. 

Herbal teas and healthy, sensual snacks (dates, nuts, nut butters, dark chocolate, berries...) will be provided throughout to keep you sustained, but if you need more please feel free to bring some extra snacks.

We politely request that no meat or alcohol is brought on site - in line with the values of EarthHeart.

By SatNav Tomtom will take you to our front gate with the postcode. Garmin and others will take you within 100 yards. It takes about 2.5 hours from the edge of London and about 50 minutes from Bristol.

By car final part instructions  We are located on the A4136 between Cinderford and Monmouth. As you drive through the village of Brierley you will see a BP petrol station (green and white) Take the forestry commission track directly opposite the garage on the other side of the main road and follow it the only way it will allow you vehicle access and you will come to EarthHeart after about 1/2 mile on the right had side.

By train and coach It is very easy to get to us by train and by coach. There are direct trains from London, Bristol, Devon and the north of England to Gloucester. It takes 2 hours from London direct and 50 mins from Bristol. There is also a direct coach from London Victoria that costs just £9.

Local bus  Once you arrive at Gloucester you can get a local number 22 bus to Cinderford town, which takes 40 minutes, and they run roughly every 40 minutes. From Cinderford you can either walk the rest of the way which is about an hour or you can catch another local bus no. 711 bus to Upper lydbrook, ask to be dropped off at the BP petrol station (this is the top of our track.  Below is a link to the bus timetables for your convenience.  When you get off the 711 bus, opposite the BP petrol station, we are up the forestry track that says no entry. Take the forestry commission dirt track the only way it allows vehicle access and you will come to EarthHeart on your right hand side about 1/2 mile along.

Please note: If  arriving in the dark on foot please bring a torch as the track is dark. There is no mobile phone signal at EarthHeart itself (but there is by the road) so if you get delayed please call our LANDLINE 01594 861200

Taila Rose believes that coming home to body and eros, tending the pathways of aliveness and remembering our wholeness are the antidotes to the crisis of belonging we currently find ourselves in.

She is a somatic sexologist, earth & pleasure advocate and relationship mentor; supporting rewilding our relationships with self, other and nature.

Taila holds loving spaces to unravel, reveal & reimagine ourselves as wild nature; cyclical eco-systems with erotic innocence, pleasure and the capacity for gratitude, reciprocity and reverence for all life.

Molly Anne Chinner @mollyannechinner

Molly-Anne Chinner is a sound healing artist, vocalist, songstress, Yogini and creatrix of The Sacred Sisterhood.

Passionate about the ancient healing powers of sound, music and voice - Molly finds great joy in weaving her beloved crystal alchemy bowls, pure and soulful voice and hand-crafted shamanic drum into her uniquely ambient and explorative soundscapes that inspires deep connection and kinship of the heart. Molly uniquely combines her ethereal channelled soul song with a lifelong exploration into the songlines and folk stories of the British Isles - sharing deeply emotive, otherworldly soundscapes that guide the listener deeper within the inner landscape and invite connection with source, consciousness and self.​ Her leadership within the women's space comes through a seven year initiation and deep relationship with weaving transformational spaces and working with the medicine of music and the land. She shares her medicine from a place of heart-centered joy, calling in a new paradigm frequency of love and harmony, for a new Earth to rise through the hearts of women. 

Camilla Mason @wild.echo_

Camilla Mason (Wild Echo), is a certified Group Sound and Movement Therapist with a Professional Diploma from The British Academy of Sound Therapy. She crafts transformative soundscapes using instruments like the Drum, Chao Gong, Voice, Crystal, and Himalayan Bowls.

She is currently training in Cognitive-Behavioral Hypnotherapy® at The UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. Camilla deeply believes in the healing potential of creativity and sound, emphasising the interplay between sound, voice, movement and creativity transcending sensuality, love, rage, grief, and prayer.

Alice Elizabeth @alice.elizabeth___

Alice is an embodiment weaver, vocalist, yoga facilitator and circle holder. From a creative background of circus arts, performance and voice, Alice’s hunger lies in the many different modalities of expressive nature that is found within the female structure. Mysterious and primal, her work & approach derives from the notion of working into a true heart centered, raw and explorative lens.

Her lived experience through the exploration of her own feminine has led her to holding a multitude of spaces for women, aswell as mixed gendered spaces to explore their raw and authentic selves. Spaces for the body to play, the voice to strengthen and for sounding to truthfully reverberate outward. When the acknowledgment of the raw feminine emerges, it becomes the driving force into new worlds of creation and belonging.
